Beacon Print Hub terms of service

Your order and specification
Check the product, quantity, sizes, materials, finishing, production service, artwork and delivery address before payment. One basket can contain several separately configured print jobs. Prices include the selected print and any selected paid services; the final total is shown before payment. A basket estimate is not a confirmed order or a reserved production slot.
We confirm acceptance of an order when we send an acceptance or production confirmation. A payment receipt or automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order request. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment for the unaccepted order. We will contact you before proceeding with any material change to the specification or price.
Artwork and approval
You must have the right to use the artwork and other content you supply. Artwork must meet the requirements shown for the product. Required files must be uploaded before payment. Check all content and any proof carefully. If you select a design service or professional artwork check, production waits for any required approval. An artwork check is not a guarantee that every spelling, design or content issue will be detected; we remain responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill.
Screen colours and printed colours can differ because screens and print use different processes. Please ask us about a colour-critical job before ordering. We remain responsible for supplying goods that meet the agreed specification and your legal rights.
Delivery and changes
Available production speeds and estimated delivery dates depend on the print specification, postcode, payment and suitable artwork. Read our delivery policy before ordering. Saturday and timed delivery require separate confirmation from Beacon. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may no longer be possible after production starts.
Returns and problems
Personalised goods do not usually have a change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain covered by your legal rights. Read our returns and refunds policy for details. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy and applicable law
We use order and delivery information to process and fulfil your order, including sharing necessary details with production and delivery service providers. Read our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving UK consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home UK jurisdiction where applicable.
