Shipping Policy

All orders placed through Beacon Studio include free courier delivery as standard.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to UK Mainland addresses. At present, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands,the Isle of Man, or international destinations.

Delivery Carrier & Costs

Courier: All parcels are delivered by DPD with door-to-door tracking.
Cost: Free on all UK mainland orders. There are no hidden postage fees at checkout.

Turnaround & Production Times

Every order is made to order. Our turnaround operates in two stages:

Production: Printing turnaround times vary by product (e.g. flyers, roller banners, stickers, or booklets). Specific production estimates are clearly stated on each individual product page. Production begins on the next working day after your artwork proof is approved and payment is confirmed. However in certain situations we may have delays which you would be notified.
Transit: Once dispatched, DPD delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is handed over to DPD, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking reference. On the morning of delivery, DPD will typically contact you via SMS or email with a 1-hour delivery window.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your delivery is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hi@beacon.studio so we can investigate directly with DPD.
